Customizing Your Chatbot's Appearance

Every element of the chat widget can be customized to match your brand. Open your chatbot and click the Appearance tab.

Chat Title

Set the name shown at the top of the widget — for example, "Support Bot" or your company name.

Primary Color

Pick any hex color. This controls the header background, buttons, and the floating launcher button on your site.

Bot Icon

Upload a custom image for the AI assistant avatar. Recommended size: 64×64 px (PNG or JPG, max 5 MB). This icon shows in:

  • The chat widget header
  • Every message bubble from the bot
  • The chatbot card on your dashboard

User Icon

Upload a custom image for the user's avatar inside the chat widget. Defaults to a generic person icon if left blank.

Welcome Message

The first message the bot sends when a visitor opens the chat. Make it friendly and tell users what the bot can help with.

Example:
Hi there 👋 I'm your support assistant. Ask me anything about our product!

Suggested Questions

Add up to 5 quick-start questions shown as clickable buttons below the welcome message. These help visitors know what to ask and improve engagement.

Saving Changes

Click Save Appearance to apply. Changes take effect immediately for all new visitors.
